The Kentucky TASH Conference was held on April 27 and 28. There were more than 300 individuals in attendance, which included a mix of parents, professionals and self-advocates. Both day-long sessions on school inclusion and customized employment were completely full! Kentucky TASH thanks Serena Lowe for providing the keynote address, which really fired up the crowd! In addition, Kentucky TASH is taking nominations for the board elections coming up soon.

Colorado has become the most recent addition to the growing list of TASH Chapters! Members in Colorado want to bring TASH values to the forefront in the state, and put an end to the back-sliding toward segregated models of living. Colorado TASH plans to focus its efforts on positive behavior supports, inclusive education and integrated employment, and will leverage state members’ previous experience in developing a strong PBIS network in Colorado.
