Promoting Self-Determined Futures is a special regional conference from TASH focused solely on the successful transition from school to adult life for youth with significant disabilities. This conference will promote evidence-based practices in facilitating and supporting self-direction as a tool for improved youth transition. Through a series of discussions and how-to workshops, attendees will explore critical topics and develop new skills they can apply immediately. Promoting Self-Determined Futures will highlight the philosophy and values that guide successful practice.
