Dear fellow TASH Members,
I want to take a brief moment to announce my departure from TASH and to share how grateful I am for the wonderful people and experiences I’ve encountered during my time here. When I first started working here, it quickly become evident that TASH is one gutsy organization – an organization that, in the face of limited resources and attitudinal barriers, continued to challenge ableist leaders, policies, organizations, and media and worked endlessly to re-define what it means for all people with disabilities to be included in all aspects of life with real choices and real opportunities. My work has been filled to the brim with lifelong lessons that I’ll carry with me in all I do.
I’m very proud of TASH, its staff, and all its members for the incredible work it has done and will continue to do. Thank you for everything.
