The majority of sessions will last one hour with a 15 minute break in between sessions. There are a small number of 2 hr 15 minute presentations that are identified within the conference schedule. Please structure your session to last only the designated amount of time, leaving some time at the end for discussion.

Concurrent Session Room Set Up

The majority of the concurrent session rooms are set up theatre style with aisles and space for wheelchairs, a skirted head table for four (4) people and a standing lecturn next to the table. For round-table sessions, round-tables will be available for each presenter to host their presentation.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Each room will be equipped with a screen, a power cart, and a standing flipchart. Please note that we do not provide LCD projectors. If you wish to share any information using a projector, you must bring your own equipment or coordinate with our A/V supplier. To make arrangements through our A/V supplier, fill out this authorization form and submit to Bill Parsons at wparsons@PSAV.COM. For additional questions, contact 404-221-6893.

Concurrent Session Attendance

Concurrent session registration is not required in advance of the session, so is not possible for us to determine the anticipated turnout for your session. If you are supplying materials during your session, we encourage you to bring enough materials for 25-30 people. You should plan to host your session regardless of how many people attend on-site. Please do not cancel a session or fail to show up at the scheduled time.

Concurrent Session Cancellations

If you are unable to present at the TASH Conference for any reason, please contact conference@tash.org or (202) 540-9015 as soon as possible so we may make alternative arrangements.
