The 2025 TASH Conference is days away, and we are excited to convene at the Hyatt Regency Denver in Denver, Colorado! Here is some information to help you prepare for your travels to Denver!
Conference Location
This year’s Conference will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Denver, 650 15th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202 on December 4 – 6, 2025.

Weather
There could be an early snow, depending on when you arrive. Mornings will definitely be cold, so pack appropriately. More details on the weather are available from The Weather Channel.
Conference Attire
Conference attire is business casual. In a venue of this size, it can be challenging to get the meeting room temperature to everyone’s liking. So, if you run on the cooler side, be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Due to some attendees’ chemical sensitivities, please refrain from wearing fragrance or scented products during the Conference.

Registration
Your first stop is at the Registration Center (Centennial Ballroom Foyer, 3rd floor) to check-in and pick up your name badge. For safety purposes, name badges must be worn at all times at the Hyatt Regency, and you may pick up your name badge only. If you have not registered or need to make a payment, on-site registration will be available.
Conference App
Download the free Conference App on your Apple or Android device by clicking on the appropriate button below, or link on the Sched website or by searching for “TASH 2025” in the Apple App store or Google Play. Log in to your Sched account and begin adding sessions to your personalized schedule. For assistance, stop by the Information Center (Centennial Ballroom Foyer, 3rd floor).

Conference Schedule
If you haven’t done so already, it’s time to log in to your Sched account and create your profile and schedule. There will be no printed programs. If you would like a printed schedule, you can print your customized schedule and bring it with you. If you need assistance with the app or the schedule, stop by the Information Center (Centennial Ballroom Foyer, 3rd floor).

Share Your Voice to Empower Other Self-Advocates at TASH!
The My ROAD project at the American Institutes for Research is talking with self-advocates at TASH about dignity of risk. Dignity of risk means you have the right to make your own choices. They are creating new tools to help self-advocates speak up and make choices about school, work, and their health. They need your help. They are making new videos, and they want to hear your stories. You can share what has helped you, what you have learned, and how you take charge of your own life. Everyone who takes part will get a gift card to say thank you. 2025 is TASH’s 50th Anniversary year. TASH Board of Directors member Brandon Gruber has created a 50th Anniversary commemorative poster in recognition of the date. Purchase yours at the Information Center (Centennial Ballroom Foyer, 3rd floor).
Need A Ride From the Airport?
RideToo is a wheelchair accessible transportation service serving the Denver metro area, including Denver International Airport and the TASH Conference Hotel. The best way for people to arrange a ride is to call (303) 335-9962. They are filling up, so the sooner people call, the more likely they will get a spot. All vehicles wheelchair accessible vans with a rear-entry power lift, capable of transporting passengers with a wide range of mobility devices.
