TASH Statement On Racism

TASH has a 45 year old history of standing with the people who are among the most vulnerable in our society. We are dismayed by the death of George Floyd and others who have experienced the use of unnecessary force when they have come into conflict with officers of the law. We are opposed to racism and any other form of discrimination that serves to dehumanize and devalue the worth of anyone. We call for truth and reconciliation at all levels of our society to promote authentic reforms needed to heal our communities.
