Congregations often think they do not have or know any people with disabilities or families.  This talk will explore strategies for finding, inviting, and welcoming people with disabilities into your faith community.

Clergy, laypersons, family members, people with disabilities, and providers.

Objectives:
1. At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to summarize strategies for finding and recognizing people with disabilities and their families who may be unseen both in their own congregation and the wider community.
2. At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to design strategies customized for their own faith community in welcoming people with disabilities and their families into congregational life and membership.
