Audio Recording of Sessions
We will be recording all of our concurrent presentations and workshops and making the recordings available to attendees for purchase during the TASH Conference and after the conference. This exciting opportunity is made available through All Star Media.
We recognize that, due to various circumstances, presenters may opt not to have their presentation recorded. If you need to opt out of recording, please send an email to conference@tash.org as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, November 27. This will help ensure that we allocate resources appropriately.
Session Attendance
Registration is not required in advance of the concurrent sessions, so is not possible for us to determine the anticipated turnout for your session. If you are supplying materials during your session, we encourage you to bring enough materials for 25-30 people. You should plan to host your session regardless of how many people attend on-site. Please do not cancel a session or fail to show up at the scheduled time.
Session Cancellations
If you are unable to present at the TASH Conference for any reason, please contact conference@tash.org or (202) 540-9015 as soon as possible so we may make alternative arrangements.
Additional Questions
Please contact us at conference@tash.org or (202) 540-9015 so we can directly address any additional questions you may have.
