Room Set Up
The majority of the session rooms are set up theatre style with aisles and space for wheelchairs, a skirted head table for two (2) – four (4) people.
Flipchart & Markers
Power Support Package
Laptop hookup for projector (The A/V provider cannot guarantee a supply of all types of connectors.)
Please note that we do not provide LCD projectors or laptops. If you wish to share any information using a projector and laptop, you must bring your own or borrow from another presenter. TASH has a very limited # of floating projectors that will be prioritized for advocates and or parents with an urgent need.
Audio Recording of Sessions
We will be recording all of our concurrent presentations and workshops and making the recordings available to attendees for purchase during the TASH Conference and after the conference. This exciting opportunity is made available through All Star Media.
We recognize that, due to various circumstances, presenters may opt not to have their presentation recorded. If you need to opt out of recording, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, November 27. This will help ensure that we allocate resources appropriately.
Registration is not required in advance of the concurrent sessions, so is not possible for us to determine the anticipated turnout for your session. If you are supplying materials during your session, we encourage you to bring enough materials for 25-30 people. You should plan to host your session regardless of how many people attend on-site. Please do not cancel a session or fail to show up at the scheduled time.
If you are unable to present at the TASH Conference for any reason, please contact email@example.com or (202) 540-9015 as soon as possible so we may make alternative arrangements.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (202) 540-9015 so we can directly address any additional questions you may have.
