Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for an SRV Education Specialist to work with the Keystone Institute. This position is based out of our Harrisburg, PA office.
The SRV Education Specialist is responsible to provide education and consultation in Social Role Valorization (SRV)and the Keystone Human Services Vision and Mission, as well as related areas, across KHS agencies and programs, as well as externally. The position will maintain expertise in and knowledge of best practice in SRV, forging alliances and connections to international leaders in this area, will mentor and develop other leaders in SRV and other practices, and will design, provide, and lead high quality training events in Social Role Valorization and the Keystone Vision and Mission, and will gain and maintain high proficiency in education, presentation, mentoring, and teaching.
Must have a minimum of 5 years training/experience in human services. Significant experience presenting, teaching, and consulting about Social Role Valorization is required. Experience as a PASSING team leader is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a human service, adult education or similar field
Periodic regional and national travel is required.
