Meet Michelle Early, TASH Operations Manager

I am a 2010 graduate from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. While finishing my degree, I began working at the Arc of Baltimore in one of their day employment centers, aiding people with their employment needs. In 2011, I moved from Baltimore to pursue a career opportunity in Frederick, Maryland, with Community Living, Inc. – an organization that provides residential and support services to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. At Community Living, I worked as a Finance Coordinator, in charge of managing funds and benefits within the agency. I am currently attending Walden University in pursuit of my Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Law and Public Policy. I am also a member of the Frederick County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where I serve as co-chair on the Physical and Mental Health Committee as well as a member of other chapter committees including the Social Action Committee. My passion for service and advocacy dates back to my childhood where I learned that each person must help another and give to those around them. I truly believe that I would not be where I am today if it were not for the help and support of others who cared enough to guide and teach me. My main goal in life is to positively impact the lives of others.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve this amazing population- I am excited to begin my career with TASH!
