New Resource on Developing and Implementing PASS Plans

Griffin-Hammis Associates has issued a paper entitled Plans for Achieving Self-Support: There’s No Greater Burden Than Potential. The report outlines the benefits of The Plan for Achieving Self-Support, known as PASS, a powerful work incentive from the Social Security Administration that sees little use. Fewer than one percent of those eligible for PASS are participating, despite the potential for putting money directly in the hands of people who need resources to find and keep employment through earned wages or business ownership.
