University of Wisconsin-Madison Seeks Study Participants on Accessibility

The Trace Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is in the throws of a research study on “the accessibility of telecollaboration interfaces,” essentially conference calls that are supported by shared media or other online support. The Center is seeking individuals with speech disabilities, upper limb disabilities or a combination hearing and visual disabilities to participate in a focus group.

The intent of the study is to obtain input about access barriers and solutions. The input will be used to guide the Center’s work and educate companies that provide tools for telecollaboration. Each participant will be compensated at an hourly rate. Participants must be fluent in English. For more information, see the flyers below or contact the Center at telecomstudy@trace.wisc.edu or call (608) 263-3827.
