Douglas County Schools opinion, provides parents of children with disabilities some relief. On March 22, 2017, the Supreme Court sided with Endrew\u2019s family with a unanimous (8-0) vote. The decision could have far-reaching implications for the 6.5 million students in America who have an\u00a0Individualized Education Program (IEP).
