The position requires a minimum of a Master Degree in Social Work, with a focus on Developmental Disabilities, or related degree, at least 5 years of progressive experience in the developmental disabilities field which includes a management role(s), a working knowledge of Quality Assurance and an extensive Training background. A background in Psychology, Occupational or Physical Therapy is a plus. The successful candidate will have superlative communication skills, have superior knowledge of education techniques, excellent training/presentation delivery skills, be exceptionally technologically savvy, and have experience working with Therap. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer the ideal director will have excellent writing skills and quality management and planning proficiency.
