.@COINATIONAL seeks Training and Quality Assurance DirectorClick To TweetCommunity Options LogoCommunity Options, a national nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities, seeks a high energy Training and Quality Assurance Director, based in Princeton, NJ, to develop a nationwide training initiative for the community-based support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their staff. Provide leadership, oversight and direction of programmatic design and training of staff who will implement the programs including, but not limited to, staff orientation, Gentle Teaching methods, management and programmatic oversight interfacing with quality control management. This position requires extensive travel.

The position requires a minimum of a Master Degree in Social Work, with a focus on Developmental Disabilities, or related degree, at least 5 years of progressive experience in the developmental disabilities field which includes a management role(s), a working knowledge of Quality Assurance and an extensive Training background. A background in Psychology, Occupational or Physical Therapy is a plus. The successful candidate will have superlative communication skills, have superior knowledge of education techniques, excellent training/presentation delivery skills, be exceptionally technologically savvy, and have experience working with Therap. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer the ideal director will have excellent writing skills and quality management and planning proficiency.
